It was brought to my attention that the SWOT example wasn’t explicit about citing sources.
Sources used for ANY assignment should ALWAYS
be supplied EACH and EVERY TIME you use anything other than your own personal
experience.
To be on the safe side, for example, if you are doing your own company and you got information from colleagues, it is good to point that out. You could write a disclaimer at the beginning such as:
Company information utilized here was derived from interviews with company colleagues.
If you have already turned in your SWOT analysis, just send me a note with any sources. You can upload it to Moodle. If you have any questions or concerns – please contact me.
